QU3 is a social music-room service that uses YouTube API Services for YouTube search and playback. YouTube controls its embedded player, playback availability, advertising, and YouTube features.

By using QU3, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service as well as these QU3 terms. Do not use QU3 to interfere with YouTube playback, advertising, rights management, or platform protections.
